Shipping, Replacement, Refund & Store Credit Policy

This policy explains shipping, delivery, size replacement, product replacement, store credit, coupon code refunds, and withdrawal of unused store credit for purchases made from ALIEN WARDROBE, a brand of HOUSE OF VESERA PRIVATE LIMITED.

Alien Wardrobe is a sustainability-led fashion brand. To reduce unnecessary reverse logistics, packaging waste, and avoidable product movement, we do not offer general returns. However, we do support eligible size replacements and product replacements under the conditions below.

1. Shipping Coverage

Alien Wardrobe ships across all locations in India.

Delivery availability may depend on courier partner serviceability, local restrictions, weather conditions, holidays, and operational limitations.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after successful payment.

Processing may take longer during new drops, sales, holidays, high-demand periods, operational delays, or courier restrictions.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Remote areas, non-metro locations, weather disruptions, holidays, or courier delays may increase delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may apply during selected offers or above a minimum order value, as communicated on the website.


5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your account/order page.

6. No General Returns

Alien Wardrobe does not offer general product returns.

Customers cannot return a product for refund due to change of mind, preference, style choice, or other non-defective reasons.

This policy helps reduce unnecessary reverse logistics and supports more responsible fashion operations.

7. Size Replacement

If the product does not fit, customers may request a replacement for a different size of the same product.

Size replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Size replacement is subject to:

The requested size being available in stock.
The product being unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn except for trial.
The product being returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories where applicable.
The product passing Alien Wardrobe’s quality check.

8. Product Replacement

If the requested size is not available, Alien Wardrobe may allow replacement with a different product, subject to stock availability and approval.

If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.

If the replacement product is of lower value, the balance may be issued as store credit.

9. Refund as Store Credit

Alien Wardrobe does not provide refunds as the first option.

If size replacement or product replacement is not possible, the approved refund amount will be issued as a store credit.

The store credit can be used for future purchases on Alien Wardrobe.

10. Store Credit Validity and Withdrawal

Store credit will remain valid forever from the date of issue.

If the store credit is not used within 6 months, the customer may request withdrawal of the unused store credit amount to their UPI ID or bank account by emailing support@alienwardrobe.com.

The withdrawal request email must include:
Registered customer name
Registered phone number
Registered email address
Coupon code or store credit details
UPI ID or bank account details for withdrawal

Customers should never share OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password, or full card details with Alien Wardrobe or any third party.

Shipping fees, COD charges, gift wrap charges, convenience charges, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Alien Wardrobe.


11. Non-Eligible Items

Replacement, store credit, coupon code, or withdrawal may be declined if:

The replacement request is raised after 2 days of delivery.
The product is used, washed, damaged, altered, stained, perfumed, or missing original tags.
The product is returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories where applicable.
The product is damaged due to customer handling.
The product is marked final sale, non-replaceable, customized, or personalized.
The product fails Alien Wardrobe’s quality check.

12. Damaged, Wrong, Defective, or Missing Products

For damaged, wrong, defective, or missing products, customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery with the order ID, photos/videos of the package, and clear product images.

If the claim is approved, Alien Wardrobe will arrange a replacement wherever possible.

If replacement is not possible, the approved amount will be issued as store credit or coupon code. If the store credit remains unused for 6 months, it may be withdrawn to UPI or bank account by emailing support.

13. Replacement Pickup

Where available, Alien Wardrobe may arrange reverse pickup through its logistics partner.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for the customer’s pin code, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product to the replacement address.

14. Quality Check

All products sent back for replacement will go through a quality check.

Replacement, store credit, coupon code, or withdrawal may be declined if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions.

How long is store credit valid?

Store credit or coupon code is valid for forever from the date of issue.

Can I withdraw unused store credit?

Yes. If the store credit is not used within 6 months, you can email support@alienwardrobe.com and request withdrawal to your UPI ID or bank account.

What details are needed for store credit withdrawal?

You should include your order ID, registered name, registered phone number, registered email address, coupon/store credit details, and UPI ID or bank account details.

Do not share OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password, or full card details.

How long does shipping take?
