2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, copy, hack, disrupt, or damage the website, brand assets, products, systems, or customer experience.

3. Product Information

We try to show product details, colours, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric batches, or production variations.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation. Alien Wardrobe may cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failure, incorrect details, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.

We never ask for OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, passwords, or full card/bank details.

5. Shipping

We ship across India, subject to courier serviceability.

Order Processing: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery Timeline: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, weather, incorrect address, or unavoidable circumstances.

6. No General Returns

Alien Wardrobe does not offer general returns. Products cannot be returned for change of mind, style preference, colour preference, or personal reasons.

7. Size Replacement

Size replacement can be requested within 2 days of delivery.

Replacement is subject to stock availability and quality check. The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice/order proof.

8. Product Replacement

If the required size is unavailable, we may offer replacement with another available product.

If the new product costs more, the customer must pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance may be issued as store credit or coupon code.

9. Refunds as Store Credit

Refunds are offered only when size replacement or product replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit valid  forever.

If unused for 6 months, the customer may email support@alienwardrobe.com to withdraw the unused amount to UPI or bank account.

10. Damaged or Wrong Product

For damaged, wrong, defective, or missing products, contact us within 2 days of delivery with order ID, photos/videos of the package, and product images.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement. If replacement is not possible, store credit or coupon code will be issued.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, product images, artwork, content, graphics, brand names, and website materials belong to Alien Wardrobe / HOUSE OF VESERA PRIVATE LIMITED. They cannot be copied, reused, modified, or sold without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to our collection and use of data for orders, payments, shipping, support, marketing, and legal compliance.

13. Limitation of Liability

Alien Wardrobe is not responsible for indirect losses, courier delays, payment gateway issues, failed delivery due to incorrect details, product misuse, or damage caused by incorrect washing or handling.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Erode, Tamil Nadu, unless applicable law states otherwise.
